Before you enquire
For domestic trips, three to four weeks gives us room to get the better rooms at sensible rates. International travel needs longer — six to eight weeks, mainly because of visa timelines. Peak season (December, April–May, long weekends) fills much earlier, so tell us early even if your dates are soft.
Yes — the listed packages are starting points, not fixed products. Add a night, drop a city, upgrade the hotel tier, or swap a sightseeing day for a rest day. We'll re-quote and show you exactly what changed in the price.
Typically accommodation, daily breakfast, all transfers and sightseeing by private vehicle, driver charges, tolls and parking, plus applicable taxes. Flights, visas, entry tickets, lunches and dinners are quoted separately unless you ask us to bundle them. Every quote lists inclusions and exclusions in full — no guessing.
We do. Flight ticketing, visa documentation and travel insurance can all be added to your booking. For visa-on-arrival and e-visa destinations we'll tell you honestly when it's cheaper and faster to do it yourself.
An advance confirms the booking and holds your hotels and vehicles; the balance is due before departure. The exact split depends on the destination and how close your dates are. You'll get a written confirmation with the payment schedule and cancellation terms before anything is charged.
You'll have a direct WhatsApp line to the person who planned your trip, plus local contacts at each stop. Delayed flight, hotel issue, driver running late — message us and we'll sort it from our end rather than leaving you to argue at a counter.
Regularly. Corporate offsites, wedding parties, school and college tours, temple groups — from ten people to a couple of hundred. Large groups get a dedicated coordinator, a rooming plan and a coach schedule shared with you before departure.
