What you're actually paying for
Cab pricing gets murky at the end of a trip, which is where most complaints come from. Here's how ours works, in advance.
- Per-km rate quoted by vehicle type, with the minimum daily running stated up front.
- Driver batta included in the quote — never added at the end of the journey.
- Tolls, permits and parking either bundled in or listed as at-actuals before you book.
- Waiting charges only past the free window, and only at the rate you agreed to.
- Hill station surcharge where it applies — stated at booking, not sprung on arrival.

Booking a vehicle
A few hours is usually enough for a sedan or SUV in the city. Tempo travellers and coaches need a day or two, and considerably more during wedding season and long weekends. If it's urgent, call rather than email — we can often find something.
Driver batta is included in every quote we send. You're never asked to pay for the driver's meals or accommodation separately on outstation trips — that's already accounted for in the number you agreed to.
Yes, and for multi-day trips we recommend it. Same vehicle, same driver throughout means your luggage stays put and the driver learns how your group travels. It's usually cheaper than day-by-day hiring too.
We arrange a replacement and you don't pay twice. Our fleet is serviced on schedule and we hold backup vehicles on group movements, but if something does fail, sorting it is our problem, not yours.
No — every booking comes with a driver. On hill routes and long highway runs a driver who knows the road is worth far more than the saving, and it means nobody in your group has to give up the trip to concentrate on the wheel.
