2. What we collect
When you enquire: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, destination and any preferences you choose to share.
When you book: additionally, the details required by airlines, hotels and immigration authorities — passport information, date of birth, address, and where relevant, dietary or medical requirements you have disclosed.
Automatically: standard technical information such as your browser type, device and pages visited, if analytics are enabled on this site.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, make reservations with airlines, hotels, transport operators and visa authorities, keep you informed before and during your trip, issue invoices, and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you have agreed to it, we may also send occasional offers — and every such message carries an unsubscribe option.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the suppliers required to deliver your trip — airlines, hotels, transport operators, insurers, visa processing agents and, where applicable, government authorities. We share the minimum each one needs.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Payments
Payments are handled by banks and payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes or net-banking credentials on our systems.
6. How long we keep it

10. Photographs
We sometimes photograph group trips for our website and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell your Aura contact before or during the trip — or afterwards, and we will remove the image.
11. Children
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Details of minors travelling with you are provided by the accompanying adult and used only for the booking.
12. Links to other sites
Our pages may link to airline, hotel or partner websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with its revision date at the top.
